Swansea's Danny Graham has just moments ago finalised a deal to join Sunderland on a three-and-a-half year deal.
The striker will cost Sunderland a fee in the region of £5 million and will end the saga which has linked Graham with moves to fellow north-east sides Middlesbrough and Newcastle during the month.
