Everton have pulled out of the signing of Dutch international midfielder Leroy Fer today after issues emerged after the player had completed his medical with negotiations still ongoing.
Everton continued to talk to Twente but a mutually benficial deal could not be reached and Everton had withdrawn from the move to sign the 23-year-old.
